Such an lala bhai management co. They don't have any management system. On the name of management they will haresh new staff. Not sutibal it policy. No separate space for making peace ful international call. HR people cut 15 % amount of salary by force and they not give you back after you leave job.

Dislikes

Every thing is not good. For top to bottom. Internal politics, on the name of policy they will give mamy rules . Better to not join such kind of company. Job change ratio is very high in these company.
