The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love fact that I am a part of a team . Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various. Cultural background,and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
