I like that pathways provides you all the resources and training to executed the planning for the students overall development. They gave CTC and have contractual culture. Job security is up to the person who works hard or not.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high due to unorganized planning. I have to work home and in school all the time which sometime make my life difficult to balance both roles. No rewards for working extra hours.

Work Details

Work is never ending and need to wrok at home always which mostly stops us to balance the professional and personal life but in school industry every where u will get the same culture. So if I compare then it is the better place to work.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
