Management is too poor. No career growth, no appraisal and no salary increment. No job security, you can be fired in any time without any valid reason. Work environment is quite okay but lots of politics are there. No training is provided. Innovative work is not at all appreciated.

I was a faculty member at Pathfinder, I wasn't provided any support from the management side. Some of my fellow faculties are awesome but the rest have ego problems. Lots of politics I had to face there.
