Horrible. Cheap useless managers. Warming up the seats nd getting salary. A manager goose named Senthil kalisamy is so ridiculous. Caste based partiality! Gender based abuse. Made to work longer hours with no pay. No learning, job security. Just copy paste skills needed.

Nothing to like except salary on time. Weekend off

As a personal note the managing director of the company was good and supportive but one rope cant hold the bridge.

Dislikes

Worst professional maintained company, both the management and human resource. There was no single interest on the employee support from the management side. To be very specific the legal team and they call it as corporate hence there is no culture maintained domination starts even from the washrooms. Could not get the proper relieve from the organization.

The company is a worst company.. no training... Never ever job security... No career growth... Not a good work environment.. and a legal manager is a devil of the company.. no work pressure.. they gave a mental torture.. any one want to develop your silk and career growth.. don't select this company.. it's waste.. you will spoil all.. ur career.. communication skills etc.,

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
