It is Providing exposure to develop your skills and also campus is so equipped.

There is no respect for faculties working here, though there spending 80% time behind the development of University. Quality of students are very poor and having no discipline. Job security is below the poor range, and no one is asking or solving problems regarding faculties and their mental health. Work environment here is very frustrating and depressing due to few higher authorities of institutions. However, not all the institutions are similar. Overall, we could not able to balance the personal and professional time, laking faculty friendly (respect) environment and mental as well as physical health is compromised which is responsible for decrease in work efficiancy....Read More

If you are Sycophant without calibre, can reach any heights here. Jus keep buttering hod Dean n academic director. Show off is accounted than actual work. People who earn money by scaring students abt GATE or just start NPTEL lectures in class n ask students to learn from it will get reward. You hv free hand to do anythg n everythg if you keep buttering.

If you work without buttering superiors then you can not reach any of your goals. Don't teach. Give some timepass work to students they like it n they would love you otherwise they will complain if you make them work. Etc etc
