I have been working here for more than a year now, The thing I like most is work-life balance as job timing is 9 to 5 and after 5 no one will ever ask you to do extratime.

Dislikes

Your efforts are appreciated but not incentivized, the management is inferior. They don't care if you are suitable for the university or not, whether you are generating business for the university or not. The growth is very stagnant if you don't have good connections in the university. and one last thing the pay scale is very less as compared to others.

Overall I hate this university because they have no any good things onley laying verious students I'm not supposed to lai any one Student it's fake promises and fake deals no job satisfaction and no any perks on job it's totally 3rd grade university for students and employees. Thank you.

Nothing. Worst University, worst management and colleagues.

Its a very disturbing and worst university. All management and colleagues are very bad. No salary increment and staff is very unsupportive. Please i suggest not to do any kind of job in this university. They treat employee as a slave. And department heads are very bad and disgusting. All seniors employee treat juniors as their servant.

Its ability to use medical college doctors for teaching paramedical and international courses

Less staff and too much work, they cut my salary every month for getting late by even 1 min.
