A perfect place to start your career if you're a fresher or minimal experience e.g. 0 to 3 years or if you're just looking for a place to retire with not much work. The work culture is adjustable. You'll have to work when it's urgent but you can relax when there isn't any work. The benefits are great like health insurance, gifts on festivals, fun activity prizes, can for specific locations, etc.

Dislikes

Working at Particle41 is like working at a political party's office. You can never point out the negatives of a senior or even the leader. It's like a puppet show where the leader holds the strings of the management, the management hold the strings of seniors and so on. The worst part is, the management will always make you realisehow much the company is doing for you but will not address the fact that it is a compensation of the work done by the employee. You and your work will be only appreciated if the management or even the team lead wants you to like and praise them and be ready to take on responsibilities without asking for anything in return, not even a pay raise that you deserve. I've seen people get fired just by asking for a pay raise while the reason for the firing was given as lack of performance but it was just a grudge because that employee pointed out some issues in the team leads code. If you are in the good books of the management i.e. if you're ready to be a mute slave and do whatever they ask you to do, you'll get whatever you want. But again, it will be made sure that you realise how much they're doing for you repeatedly. I've seen people do nearly 0 work and still be at a senior level just because they know a way to pretend.
