I like working in Partha but only one thing is we have only four weekoff in a month that wouldn't be sufficient .we don't even get leave for festivals that could be considered. Can give atleast 10 to 15 times tea break for doctors bcos we sit inside the clinic for 9 long hours or else you could provide some refreshments or think about giving petty cash .Thank you

Art is a beautiful trade and Dentistry is an art. Dentists create beauty and confidence in people. They have learnt to do so, a bit in college and most of it, through knowledge, skills and innovation. A dentist's experience is worth more than it's weight in gold. At hindsight, my experience at Partha Dental tells me just that. I can now say I am quite an expert at Smile Designing.

It's quite interesting. Despite being a Specialist Oral Surgeon, the company allows me to provide more holistic and comprehensive services to my patients, in the process, allowing me to hone my skills and grow exponentially.

At partha dental, they teach you to become an expert Dentist, a skill which all of us require the most. I am on my way to attaining that status

Dislikes

Less personal time, more working time, very strict in biometric attendance.
