Friendly environment,No training is provided,Here you will face a lot of extra pressure along with the job profile,which is really not decided what ypu have to do or wat to not.Its a third party. So if there will be order continuously then might be chances of growing.Work life balance is terrible because doesn't matter you are manager or supervisor ,you have to work for 12 hrs. Without OT. Managers always demoralizes.You will loose your patience after some time& will search another job.If you have extra guts then best of luck...!!!...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
