There is a lot of politics. Local and outer issues. Salary is not decent career growth Very slow there is a bond 2.6 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
