It's a New Hospital. It's growing but very slowly.

Dislikes

1. Demotivating Environment. 2. Work Culture and Employee Benefits are worst. 3. Career Development and Learning Opportunity is very poor.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
