Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

No work life balance, Loss of pay if you work from home as no policy for WFH. CTO says take leave then work ADOE says if you get late after 10.30 fine will be applied on your salary. And lot of other un healthy culture stuff. Just one request dont join at any cost.

Absolutely no support is there from the top level executives sitting at a head office when it comes to handling clients escalation. Also they have not yet settled my Full and final settlement amount which is legally not correct and sign of unprofessionalism.
