I have learnt how to implement complex features from scratch and met really great teammates in the tech team.

Dislikes

Attrition rate is high. WLB is not good. Working on Saturdays and on Sundays from home is expected from the employees.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
