Absolutely no support is there from the top level executives sitting at a head office when it comes to handling clients escalation. Also they have not yet settled my Full and final settlement amount which is legally not correct and sign of unprofessionalism. I will strongly advice people not to join the organisation and consider other options. Attrition rate is high. WLB is not good. Working on Saturdays and on Sundays from home is expected from the employees.

Learning is immense as you get to work across functions be it nay role designation you are at. Everyone is easily approachable as it is a startup.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. No flexibility at any level. One needs to be a part of all meetings remotely even if you are on vacation. This specifically happens at senior level. Additionally,it all boils down to company culture that the founder wants to promote.
