There are no work ethics in this company. From HR to the director, no one is following the rules and regulations. This company fires their staff (be it HR, sales person, coordinators, inside sales person, team leaders and, anyone) only on the basis of performance and behavior and they do not have any third reason to kick off their employees. She is a disgrace on the name of an HR. She knows nothing of being an HR. She works as per her will. Founder's name is Dhananjay Rathore who is a pathetic leader. Director's name is Amit Lakhotia who is totally distracted from the main LOB and he is now selling vegetables on the name of selling parking lots.
