Weekly once training session will be conducted to upgrade the knowledge. Nothing more than that.

Dislikes

Poor management ( Staff's are poor, they used to talk more back talks about other employees). Salary will not credit on time. They will recruit employees as much but once they feel that employee is not good,then they will terminate them without giving any proper notice.
