1. No salary hikes at all 2. No cafeteria in Parexel Hyderabad 3. High politics in higher management and getting depressed in pharmacovigilance department 4. Work life balance is very cheap 5. If you outsider or not from south india, they will not care about you and they will discuss everything among south people and will bully you. 8. Nothing. Only the number of leaves or perks are good but that depends on your manager who would only give them to their favourite “team member”

Work life balance does not exist here. Infeasible targets are being expected in a peanut salary. Managers don’t really listen to your concerns and want to keep work as your first priority. Targets are not achievable within the designated duration and you are expected to complete them without providing any appreciation let alone compensatory hours or overtime.
