This is first MNC for me to work on Oracle R12 out of india administration is awesome but in Hyderabad office just avarage for respect employees and job security. For given promotions managers expecting some favours.

If it comes to the Manager wise and teammates you will find this is a good place to work, there wont be any micro managements and this is truly depends on your Manager. You can take monthly 2 work from homes. Company provides you the Cab and Food facility. They will provide you proper training before you were allotted with a project. There are lot of politics internally here, it completely depends o your Manager. if there is no good rap with your Manager then politics and escalations will start on you. even a small thing will lead to loss of your promotion or a good hike at the time of appraisals</mark>. 1] Per year Hike percentage is good (if your relationship with your manager is good). 2] You can expect a promotion in every 2 years again depending on your managers review and your own performance and hard work or smart work. Again depending on how well you showcase yourself. 3] HR policies are well defined. 4] Flexibility of office hours (you can opt for Morning, general and afternoon shift). 1] If you are an outsider and from outside Andhra Pradesh or telangana then the biggest problem you would face is culture shock. 99% or the employees working here are from these 2 states. You have to speak in their language and converse otherwise you will be tagged as an outsider. In short too much regionalism.
