1] Per year Hike percentage is good (if your relationship with your manager is good). 2] You can expect a promotion in every 2 years again depending on your managers review and your own performance and hard work or smart work. Again depending on how well you showcase yourself. 3] HR policies are well defined. 4] Flexibility of office hours (you can opt for Morning, general and afternoon shift). Choice is again partially on your manager. 5] Dept processes are well defined and they provide good training. 6] People are helpful and easy to work with. 7] Not good for talented freshers but a heaven for non talented freshers who has no hope of getting a job outside. 8] Very less onsite option even if there are Managers opt to go in them not employees. 9] Job security is there unless you are a very poor performer or you had a heated argument with your boss or offended him in a very bad way. 10] They will provide you trainings before they assign you work....Read More

1] If you are an outsider and from outside Andhra Pradesh or telangana then the biggest problem you would face is culture shock. 99% or the employees working here are from these 2 states. You have to speak in their language and converse otherwise you will be tagged as an outsider. In short too much regionalism. No diversity and inclusion at all. 2] Your per year hike, growth, promotion or other opportunities depends on a larger extent on your manager. If you are not the kind of person who doesn't like to butter people then you won't succeed. 3] Entire organisation control is with few people sitting in the top level of management and they are treated like Gods and can hire and fire anyone at the blink of an eye. 4] No transparency in hiring, no matter how good the candidate is if there is a second candidate who has any relationship with any higher management he would be hired without any second thought....Read More
