Politics, Young management have no time for middle and ground staff. They fired lots of people without any reason. I am also one of them.

I work hard and got promoted few times but in July'21 management took resignation without any reason. They committed for two months salary but not provided after exit.

I m working in okhla branch new delhi but company has making me fool v.k Grover has offer me good salary but at the time of offer acceptance HR has prepare less than what actually discuss with v k Grover but now HR not accept this I was fighting for the last 2year so I would suggest to everyone make sure before accept if offer letter what actually discuss in interview

Work life balance is good. Any one can approach Top managment directly for any issues or help. All things are good if your work is good.

Increment and promotion policy is not so comprehensive. They can hire an employee on higher package but will not promote you however you have better knowledge, experience and productive for company. One negetive thing that there are lots of family member/ relatives are on management position, due to that always chance of conflict of interest. As I was in Quality Department, there are daily challenges whenever services not the customers requirements. I have to deal multiple clients complaints, NCs, queries to ensure all were being handled as per process.
