Good variety of patients Complete back up from all broad and super speciality departments

The management has issues with doctors on all fronts Job security is a practical joke No dignity Consultants are treated worse than residents and residents are honoured more than consultants Broad disparity Is practiced by the management between doctors of the same department The HR and management really needs training how to behave with such senior and experienced doctors they hire

Only thing to like is may be the salary which is mostly on time. Everything comes with job security..one day suddenly you get a call that management has decided to dissolve the post you holding and the management expects you to give a resignation with a one month notice..on reasoning, management says that's because the hospital is not making profits..SO ZERO JOB SECURITY. Salary is on time,10th day of every month. Though one may expect cuts in salary on pretext of minimal profit generation.. One has to really struggle to get N95 masks/protective gears from the management....Read More

In Paras , we received opportunity to learn from itself , their are lots of things to do on their own. Company culture is good - almost every festival celebrate their , colleagues and environment is good. Overall is good.

Dislikes

Their are no dislike , just some way of work which has to be improve like they don't have hybrid policy or 5 day working culture . No work from home. HR has to take initiative to learning & development of several department .

I have recently joined paras health organization it's been good experience till now everyone is cooperative and helpful.i am looking forward to groom my future with paras health Apart from that premises is beautiful, infrastructure is high level .I have interacted with some staff they were very generous and kind look forward for this better opportunity.

Work culture is worst, specially Head HR at Srinagar is worst person, use to talk unprofessional talks about religion and always play huge dirty politics. Until you are doing things according to him you are safe (right or wrong no matters) the moment you started doing justice to your position to your organisation, your bad time will start.
