This company is good for those who are master in buttering. Management especially milk if got impressed with you, they will give you full authority that will effect you badly in a long-run. Because they blam you for all the decisions made by the Management only but executed by you, but before coming to that situation if you resign by yourself, you can also be able to become their consultant and earn good without doing anything. Paras don't want to become a Brand, they don't want to invest in Brand Building and if they invest a small budget in Brand promotion they want instant results in sales figures, that is why they aren't doing good in B2C but B2B. No focus on product quality, even there is no consistency in quality. They are not a Brand but they are also not a good company too, they don't believe in making relationship (i.e. relationship with farmers, relationship with Trade and relationships with consumer) therefore they loosing their share in every Market. Management especially milk division bring top professionals from different different milk Brands every year in field of marketing, sales etc. Who have their proven performance records in their previous company but don't want to listen to them only want them to follow their SOP's which was designed 15-17 years back. But if you failed while following the SOP's provided by the Management and their consultants only you will be blamed for that. If you are a Marketing professional please introduce your vendors very carefully in the company, Most of their vendors are doing their practice with them on 100% advance mode, who are associated with Paras from last 10-15 years....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
