Pros: you come in time and go out in time(due to below reason) Cons: The company is totally unstructured and unable to defined job responsibility of their employees means there is no limit set up for responsibility and accountability of their employees. higher position holder take their lower position holder's credit in case of good work that means politics is too much inside company, there is no appreciation, no motivation, no encouragement for their employees.and please do not hope salary hike or increment or appraisal for those employees who really deserve and dedicated or sincere employees in this company.

The company environment is completely political There is a lot of inconvenience and risk of insecurity while working. Higher officials bully junior workers. Overall, there is no coordination among the employees. No senior helps any junior in moving forward.There is no fixed time for salary payment</mark>. Abuses employees in honor meeting.
