This company deserves a negative rating due to the unethical behavior of its Owner and MD, Amit Borele, along with his wife and Nitin Pawar who are part of the management. The work culture here is pathetic, there is no workplace ethics. Women's employee do not have Maternity benefits even though laws says it is mandatory. They will torture you everyday and will employ various tactics to avoid releasing employees even after resignation, with notice periods extending beyond 4 months based on management's whims. The F&F process is extremely delayed and can go till 3 to 5months after your last day, showcasing a lack of respect for employees' time and rights. Additionally, the MD wields absolute control over policies, rendering HR as mere puppets. The overall work environment is pathetic, making it advisable to seek employment elsewhere. There is no respect to an employee who has worked for more than 5 to 10 years. It's appalling that management engaging in such fraudulent practices are not held accountable for labor crimes and evade legal consequences. Goverment should intervene and Audit such organizations and put these people in Jail....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
