I would like to thanks for the opportunity to say when I joined the paramount so I remembered about my hod at the time of interview he said " your future will be bright". And I am successfully going on that way. Yes cafeteria should be huge and I love cricket I have played before 3 year two times and we won the final when I was in csm dept. So I would like to say gaming should happen. I can't say about salary hike bcz I joined paramount defore 5 years but If I gets increased my salary well, then today my salary would not have decreased. We should not discriminate against any employee in which should think to management. Those who are well educated and experienced should be given a chance to move forward. Salary doesn't matter for me, but I have a success fully completed my 5 years in which management should be think about me. I would like to say about training or Interview which should be well but right now not up to the mark.
