Great Place for Learning and Development Working as a Software Developer with ParamInfo for past 3years, I have learnt so many things. I got complete knowledge of many new coding languages. Learning and development is one of the factors that the company focuses on so as to develop its employees as well as for its own personal growth. Here seniors and managers are very helpful, so much that it seems they are there to get your promoted to the next level. Every employee here after 1year gets a chance to be promoted to the next cycle. ParamInfo's Management systems and policies are very good are maintained efficiently. I have worked in various projects and was able to easily adapt to the management procedures. Overall, I would say ParamInfo is a great place to work.
