Supportive Management and Great Learning Opportunity Working with ParamInfo for the last 5years, I got lot of opportunities to learn and grow technically. The company has a very supportive management and provides opportunities to newly joined employee to evolve in the organization's culture. The incentive structure here is very good, and the company provides job security to all those who sincerely work harder to achieve their goal. Great Place for Learning and Development Working as a Software Developer with ParamInfo for past 3years, I have learnt so many things. I got complete knowledge of many new coding languages. i think the reviews are paid reviews. they are not even deserve 1 star. very bad HR policies and they dont ever bother anything for employee. they took your educational documents and start the game, dont try to fall in the scam.
