At the time of my joining there was a senior executive of more than 4 years of experience in Paragon. He helped me a lot in my life as a sales executive. After 2 years he left the job in search of a better one. For a sales person only an induction training is given by the management and not beyond that. Talking about growth and career it is not at al good. That's why my senior left. The allowances given by the company to a sales executive is excellent. No other company give such a package in this sector. That is really appreciable. Obviously internal management politics is there within each department and sometimes it will go up to the threshold. Up to a certain level work life balance can be maintained. For a bachelor it will not be a problem. Company will highly welcome the innovative ideas but it will take time to implement it after studying all the angles....Read More

Dislikes

Performance appraisal system is very poor and no consideration for experienced persons in the case of grade change and salary revision. No proper training for Sales staff according to their work culture.
