Company is decently big and although it has shifts, it allows to be flexible. It has benefits (not food coupons), they provide covid leaves, paternity leaves, maternity leaves, insurance cover sort.

1. As it is an agency, we support the main experts and teams who sits in various countries(US, EU, APAC), they mostly give reporting kind of task. 2. To get good technical tasks, one needs to be experience. For freshers, they give trainings but not much training related tasks. 3. There is 16months bond for freshers, that too long.
