Overall work life balance is good. In some occassion when deadline is not being met, team has to strech their working hours. But it management doesn't push any member to work every weekend or stretch their working hours.

There is only 1 benefit working at Paradiso and the reason is WORK FROM HOME. Apart from this the company is a total mess and I would not recommend anyone to join this company.

- Firstly the whole interview process is a mess itself. Me being hired as intern there were 7 rounds of interview in total which was stretched to 20 days. Once i received offer letter 3-4 days before joining i get a call from HR Team that i need to give 1 more test and 1 more technical round. - I was hired for a specific position but on the day of joining, the onboarding call was of just half hour and then they straight away assign me with work which I was not hired for!!!!!!!! - The company laid me off in one month stating there was no output from me. How can you fire a new employee if the company does not even have standard set of SOPs, training modules and Learning material to upskill the employee. - This company uses application desktime which takes screenshot every 5 mins and then it starts micro-managing every employee. TRUST YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!! - Fix your pathetic interview process and stop wasting time of candidates whom you hire to do different work!!!!!!...Read More

The employees of the company is the only positive part. From Admin to every other dept, the employees are gem of a people who will stick with you thick and thin and will support you everytime if u need any help.

Ceo of the company & female HR Manager are the major dislike about working with Paradiso. Firstly the CEO brings new project without any research every month and wants to execute the project without strategically planning how many resources will be req to execute the project. And because of this his every projects fail after every 2months. It becomes very frustrating and stressfull when your put into such situations where there are no resources around you and CEO just impatiently sits on your head. Secondly, the female HR manager does not know "H" of Human Resources. Absurdly changes policies every now and then, will never reply for weeks if u msg her, and lacks the qualification to understand "Human" part of Human Resources. My message to management would be to get rid of her if the company really wants to move in right direction. She does not let anyone smarter than her to work alongside her. Such is the reality. The Company does not provide salary slips on monthly basis, no appraisal letters after appraisal. For such letters and payslips we only have to take approval from HR, whereas other companies have such docs on their portal and they can download it anytime. Ask any employee working with Paradiso if they get salary slips on time or not or appraisal letters. They even revoke the increment if you decide to leave company even after 3-4 months of appraisal....Read More
