It provides free transport and payment on due date.

Dislikes

Director's initiative in the development of this school is not fair. He dictates everywhere either he does know about the subject or not. He exploits teacher as in rational way of depriving them. He also holds a different position where his words are really very bad in some cases to teachers. These are some short issues i told here. Just like that many more issues are still left to discuss......!

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
