My experience with paradigm group was marred by several issues, primaraly with their HR practices. the company relies on outsourced hr services, which led to ineffective managament and poor support. The hr representative, Rathi was particularly problemetic, causing unresolved issues and dissatisfactionfff5e4;">. Salary hikes are minimal (Around 1%) regardless of performance, and tehre are no health benefits</mark>. Employees are also responsible for their own EPF contributions. Additionally, the work environment can be abusive, with a lack of respect and claer hierarchy among staff. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
