All the time I stayed there was because of the job bond.

Dislikes

No proper benefits were provided and keeping bonds for employees. They can't leave the company once they find it doesn't suits career goals Then even if they are sending abroad they keep bond for that for 2 years and 5 lakhs.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
