The company is good in affordable homes,product has started in 15 lacs,good kind of loan sceme available here like 995 loan and 15 down payment attarct the customer to buy the product.company is offering good taxation sceme like stamp duty,registration and GST free whichreduce the financial burden of the customer.

i m not satisfied with the incentive which is not given on time,political environment in the office.feedback is not taken seriously.manager do not value an individual unique strengths.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Travel is completely dependent on your project and client location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes I have work 15-20 hoursstraight in a days. Mangersdo not value an individuals unique stenght.
