In my store are store manager is vary kind and jental parson.he give all information of clothes and department. staff is also friendly

In are store some team members give mental torture and are opration manager doesn't solve some of are problems also that manager give power to some of my team members and they are missuse that power and manager doesn't give any attentions in are complaint and always give worning that "if you don't want to do that then leave the job"

Job security is definitely great, also management is good with great culture. Teammates are supportive. Salary hike is not upto market change ....

Dislikes

Can think upon better annual salary hikes for employees;which will enable less attrition and focused them toward one direction of achieving companies goal.

If you are lucky and got an understanding manger you might get leave when required. Not much hectic, no travel, rest all good

It's very good organization in all retail company. Pantaloons job security good and management also always helpful all employees. Company policies are excellent.
