From where should I start!!!… 1.The office politics will surely hit your self respect. 2. Monotonous work roll. 3. Your upper hand will always snatch your work and get appreciation. 4. If you are harassed by your co worker be it physically or mentally, and if that person is working longer than you than there is no chance that you will get justice. 5. The HR policies are just for show, if anything happens within the organisation and you are trying to climb up the situation by the help of the policies than your life will sink just the way titanic did. 6. They will address a ctc before interview, then when you get your OL the ctc structure will differ and when you get the salary after one month it will directly hit your grey matter. 7.
