I could not find any good things in this organization. His director Harish Kataria is playing in your mind he will give you one dream when you go for an Interview and when you join within a week he can show his true color. He wants within 7 days you to have achieved your target of 1 crore through only Phone calls if you do not do then you are terminated at that point in time. He spoils lots of candidate life by giving false offers. If you to a higher position Sales Manager or other than he will tell do daily telesales and achieve your target without branding and marketing....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
