I could not find any good things in this organization. His director Harish Kataria is playing in your mind he will give you one dream when you go for an Interview and when you join within a week he can show his true color. He wants within 7 days you to have achieved your target of 1 crore through only Phone calls if you do not do then you are terminated at that point in time. He spoils lots of candidate life by giving false offers. If you to a higher position Sales Manager or other than he will tell do daily telesales and achieve your target without branding and marketing....Read More

There are lots of things to dislike. first is a false comment about your job profile of your JD he will mention other things in Jd but your work is different. 2nd point is there is one sales head Tisha who also plays beautiful games with you within a 2-day training she will tell you where is the result of your sales .
