Company’s culture is very good and there are many things to learn which further enhance your skills and knoweldge. Company believe in team work and learning attitude.

Dislikes

work pressure is the main issue over there, due to which mostly i’ve to give more than 10 hours.

Work Details

Actually my work is designing with cad software which is quite challenging due to which i feel pressure sometime but it’s fine if you are working in your domain because it is the only thing through which you get the chance to learn new things.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
