Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. On time salary, there is a delay of 3-4 days few times only. Non political environment.

1. Immediate removal of employees, new or old, whatsoever, without giving notice time. 2. Non payment of full & final settlement. Either you agree to settle at 50% or lower value or forget your money. 3. Long hour working is a routine, no benefits for extra hours and even no food/tea/refreshments. However, you will be treated as negligent to work if you leave the office on time (6:30 PM), even after doing 9 hours service effectively. 4. Pathetic leave policy; only 1 CL a month...nothing more than that. For any extra leaves; sick, family functions, illness of loved ones, your salary will be deducted for sure. 5.
