Micro Management is not much.

Dislikes

Perks are very less, have to work on Saturday. No gym subscription, working culture is not as Japanese companies. Sales positions are very risky and have to achieve monthly quota. Management are working as Baniya company.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
