Likes

Paisabazaar gives good working culture to a fresher. Management is great there. They also help you to learn while working. Company's policies are also employee friendly.

Dislikes

It focuses on sales mostly so sometimes seniors got harsh targets. There is politics in some teams. It is bad everywhere but management can tackle this and work on this.
