Large campus but not maintained properly for the students. Specially not accessible to students for cocurricular activities. Though the football ground is maintained for shooting adfilms and other commercial purposes.

Dislikes

Work environment is horrible and the management is not concerned at all about the employees. They are only concerned about how to earn more and more money by using the campus for shooting adfilms.

no job guarantee. Even after teaching for 3 years any one can terminate you at any time. Very low salary, deducted for little issues. No medical allowlance. Always tries to make money fraudulantly. No respect for teachers, students, staffs. Poor management.

Management is terrible and only focused on how to earn money by using the campus area for shooting of adfilms etc. No appraisal and dont keep an employee when he deserves a permanent post or any appraisal. Not concerned about imparting educational values to students. Students are opting out day by day. Very bad work culture.

Pailan world school , I like that as a teacher we get lots of opportunities to learn new methods of teaching by latest technology. I like the beautiful environment of our school. Our management is very cooperative and supportive. Policies are good

My experience at this school is quite amazing. Very professional. New leadership and aggressive new direction is already providing new opportunities for the students and community.
