Nothing special. As usual in every organisation some office politics are there. Especially in every hospital, doctors are so egoistic people. So concentrate on our work and responsibilities. Don't involve any other matters for your success. Involving and Ignoring is a very tactical decision in work life. To implement something good,we have to involve.
