The HR department and the management is worst in this company. Even after interviewing for a vacancy and getting shortlisted in interview, the management suddenly puts the vacancy on hold after giving my confirmation to join. After asking the reason for hold, they are providing unnecessary reasons and blaming me for the hold. Very unprofessional behavior.
