Worst company ever that i joined in my entire life team leader and the whole management are megalomaniac & Pathetic

Working Environment over there is worst Wish that i haven't joined that company ever in my live

Work Details

I worked there as a CSR in outbound Where i called the customer to sell diabetes supplies and asked there address and there doctors address as well and say them them they will get diabetic supplies at there door step and it's covered under your Medicare

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
