The bond is nothing but a Service Agreement which is signed only with mutual consent, where it is clearly written that we are making this service agreement to ensure that the time we invest in training the required skills etc, is materialised. We don't force anyone to sign up. Every business needs money to survive. But If there is anything, where you are having a lot of stress and lack of mental space, please feel free to talk to the HR or your reporting manager. We follow a Flat hierarchy, you can always reach to the management and the Directors to get your feedback directly heard on the things your specifically dislike.
