. Dirty Politics . Least salary offered. . If you are naive or innocent then you will be exploited in terms of salary, . Worst HR Policies . 3 months notice period or more . Politics in sending people to onsite . Deserved will be sidelined. . Management is a sham . If you are good at work then you are the prey for the mindless managers and spineless team leads

My dislikes are my liking. Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

The work timing is more than 9 hours and they treat us like salves. When I was asked to work for more than 13 hours a day without any week off for 2 months, I responded saying that I cant do it. They have asked me to leave the company claiming that I have attitude issue as I questioned the management on work timings. It’s unethicalwork happening here with no work life’s balance. This company and the management should be sued for the illegal activities happening here. There is no security on Job....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
