Honestly I am telling about this organisation. 1) From last 2 year this company had not provided to me appraisal. 2)Mrs. Rini & Mr. Shwetank Jain is not supported. 3)There is no appreciation of your dedication. There is no support on personal behalf. I suggest you please do not join this company. If you will join this then you will waste your time. This behaviour is common for each & every employees. There is Mrs. Rini (she is very Egoistic women) she is think that employee will do work when she will shouted on employee. She will provide you only mental stress. She says that she believes in women impowerment but truth is she doesn't understand women situation. Too much limitations and no support while leaving the company no response on resignation mail and you will not leave this company happily and it is for sure that the salary will not be released from the last working month
