Trusted in gold industry and work life balance and financial growth is high.

Dislikes

The work pressure distribute is not equal because those are yes persons of decision maker they will be free other than teammates. Work environment is not good for some decision maker. Whenever do not proper help for any works or problems solve. Managerial systems is poor. As being a senior person after 13 years job I feel insulted. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
